1/5/2024 0 Comments Ibackupbot error 205![]() This strategy helped me restore an ios9 backup: Short of that, if you have any on time machine in that days version of the Library >application Support> mobile backups etc?Įach time you copy a Time Machine backup to your active library folder mentioned above-please make sure evrything already there has been archived, and as soon as you copy it in- archive it too. ![]() Then.(presuming that went ok) - unplug your device and wipe it manually - and proceed as usual. This is a long shot - but can you go into your iTunes >Pref > Dev and in the list of backups identify which was your ios 9 backup? if so- quick! (lol) archive it (using a control tap, or a right click on a mouse) - this at least should preserve the backup if you haven't written over it with a new backup. There is another fix you can try that someone else posted: I thought you might not given that you backed up from Beta 5 (so far I've only seen that fix work on Beta 4 and earlier backups), but I hoped that it was not the case as I'm not yet aware what causes this from Beta 5. Quit the app, return to iTunes and try again to restore to the backup you just modified.Nivigate into the following folder: HomeDomain/Library/Preferences/ (or search for "battery").Navigate to your iPhone's backup (the original one, not the copy).Open an iTunes backup manager app (iBackupBot is free and works for this purpose). ![]()
